Eclipse Moon is a dangerous demon raised by a squadron of the humans’ International Resistance Against Evil (INRAE). She has devoted her entire life to the Demon Rehabilitation Project, working to prove her kind can be saved and brought into the light in hopes of finally bringing an end to the centuries-old conflict between the Light and the Darkness. But when disaster strikes and her dangerous powers are brought to the surface, her demonic nature becoming increasingly more difficult to suppress, she finds herself on thin ice, and is eventually cast out, the project deemed a failure. Landing in the Demon Lands, our protagonist finds herself a stranger among her own kind, who, like her, had been forced by INRAE’s agents to the margins of existence. Once again, she is moved to hide her dangerous power out of fear of being exiled again, only to find support and awe where there had once been fear and shame. As she begins to come to terms with her past and accept herself for who she truly is, she begins to resent what INRAE did not just to her, but to all of Demonkind. As her hatred grows, she begins to hunger for retribution, her bloodlust growing until she is willing to do whatever it takes to bring INRAE to its knees. Even if it means becoming the villain herself.
